How we can help

Our office at Greensborough Plaza is open every week day (except public holidays). To access our support, we ask that you attend our shop between the hours of 10.00 - 4.00.

Depending on your circumstances and your eligibility, these are some of the ways we can support you:

  • Food Vouchers / Parcels – Coles Supermarket Cards help people to purchase food and basic grocery items.

  • Food Pantry - Our food pantry (in house) is stocked with basic items like pasta, tuna, soups, beans, noodles, cereals, biscuits and milk.

  • Education Assistance – Helping families with children struggling to meet school expenses.

  • Health Care Prescriptions – help people struggling to meet the cost of their prescription medication.

  • Op Shop Vouchers – helps clients in need of clothing and household items at no cost. Our Op Shop referral service has helped many people keep warm in winter, clothe their children, and provide necessary kitchen and other household items.

  • Fuel / PTV Day Passes – Coles fuel cards are available to those struggling to pay for fuel, and PTV Day Passes provide access to public transport.

  • Telstra Vouchers – assist clients struggling to pay their Telstra bills, including landline and internet.

  • TLC/Toiletry Bags - Handbags and toiletry bags are available filled with soaps, hair products, deodorant, razors, combs, sunscreen, toothbrushes & sanitary products.

PLEASE NOTE: Some services may only be provided into the funded areas, please call us to see if you are eligible.
